During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate
in a variety of activities?
Of course i have! I did because every day i have gym, i have my gym strip on, i got the good face on, i participate, and i try my hardest!
Also why would i ever forget my gym strip? phahahahaha!! Its always in my bag anyways...
When ever we have fitness i will always take it to the max and try to encourage people to do their best!
Finally, when people say "i can't do this" i would support them and maybe help then if they need it or want it.
On what days have you participated to your best effort and why? What days have been a struggle for you and why?
It usually depends on what im doing, but i put my best effort on fitness days; actually any day! However, if its something like the 30 minute run, i would struggle, because i cant keep a steady pace- its something that i need to work on. I also struggle on soccer, because its difficult to keep the ball to my self.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do
you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class?
I contribute to the overall success of the class by improving myself and the experience of the class by making things look fun and encourage people to be involved. I will always the positive ones and try to make people happy too!
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself
physically? What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness
goals do you have for the rest of the year?
I think that my participation during fitness days are quit good and of course i am able to push my self physically. The fitness activity was doing the hill run and the 30 second in and 30 second off. This year my goal is to keep improving my beep test levels and never go down.
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why?
Leadership means a lot to me now because ever since i went to this leader ship seminar, i learnt how to be a good leader and how important it is to be or have a leader. A leader is someone who supports and is the power house of a group. A leader gives orders and controls the activities of the group, like a brain. With out leaders and leadership, no one will take control and its like having no carrots in the carrot cake.
Who are the are the best leaders in the class? Hm...
Well, i think Pallvi has great potential to being a leader and i know how passionate she is with it. I also think Caleb would be a good leader and i want him to be the leader some day when we have teams for gym.
What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year? What are
you the most proud of so far?
I would like to improve my leadership skills, really because eventually i will have to lead a group for my activist group. the group is called "The Little Things"; its a group that focuses on human-rights and freedom.
Im proud of how much effort I'm putting this year because last year i used to be those who just stand there and talk about their weekend...
Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described? In Grade 10-12 we need an actual percentage as well. :(
I think i deserve an S because i think what i'm doing is not enough; i want to try harder!

Today at the small gym we played dodge ball. also, i made the game better by cheering on and "save" people from being excluded from the gane.
